Cannot get order correct

I bought a Hamilton light fixture CEBU SUN 72" 3 x Mogul
well when I got it 2 of the T'5s were broken, so i called thewm and they directed me to Hamilton, twice they attempted to send replacements both time they arrived busted. So they fianlly agreed to send me a MH bulb as a replacement for the 2 T5's, well they sent me a DE bulb :mad2: and now I get no replies to my emails. Will not be dealing with them anymore.
