Cannot post a picture

Need help identifying something in my tank but i cannot upload a picture from my phone. No options are given to attach a file?
Did somthing change im not aware of?

I don't know what you're using but if you download the Tapatalk app to use the forum there's an icon for both photos or to attach over files.
