canon s3 users?

sorry if this has been answered. im looking into buying a camera for around 300 to 400 range. p&s preferably?. been looking at the s3 is but some of the pics ive seen arent that great for the macro shots. any of you use this camera or one close to the price range could give me some sample pics or galleries so i can compare?? thanks for the help..

The S3 will do just fine. Search here and in the SPS forum and see the pic quality I get with mine. Pic quality has more to do with how familiar you get with the camera rather than the camera itself.
