Its not that expensive, you can mod your own camera for free really just by taking out the IR filter...and using a R72 or similar filter.

You can get an IR Pass filter for about 150, at least last time I shopped for them

can you change things back easily? I only read about it in popphoto and it sounded like you would need two cameras

are you talking about fisheye lens? if you are, i dont have any as i dont have that type of lens, but i think they are pretty cool. most of them are either built really cheap or built really good, and usually, the good ones go for around 500 or so dollars, and thats why i dont have one. they seem pretty cool though.

correct me if im wrong on any of the above. i wont take it personally

I have a few dragonflies in a local library and in a learning center in a local park.

thats cool. im hoping to get some of my pictures up somewhere too, but i dont think thats going to happen anytime soon.

I entered some in local photo contests to get them noticed. Our libraries hold a few a year. I didn't win, (there were pros involved also), but the head of the library liked mine and asked if he could put them up in the refrence section. I was pleased.
