Canopy help

I was wondering if anyone has a good design or plans for a canopy for a 29 gal. I have never messed with canopies and don't know to much about the design of them. I have a retro fit 175 watt halide that needs to be put in it and I will add a T5 bulb for actinic help ( eventually). I have the retro fit screwed to the reflector and the reflector sits on the inside rim of the tank... Will I have to cut some of the reflector so it is not as wide? How high should I sit the canopy (the halide) from the top of the tank? Thanks Brandon

When I had my 29 my 250 watt had to be about 15 inches off the water with a fan and a open top if you need help give me a shout.

The system isn't setup yet... I just finished the stand tonight and have to wait for the finish to dry. So tomorrow hopefully I can at least get the rock done and get it filled, I need to get my stuff out of the rubermade so I can view it again. Once I get that far I will try to get some pics up and start the canopy process.

LOL... That is what I am trying to avoid. I was very disappointed in having to bump down to a 29, but I am now actually really excited. The setup will pry be the best looking I have had for sure. Bumping down allows me to spend the same amount that I was spending, but it will go farther, and I can make a smaller tank better than I was able to keep my 55 gal. I am going to take my time, so it maybe little, but it looks just as good as a large setup. They larger setup was nickel and diming me. Right now I don't have a ton of money, so hopefully I can focus on a smaller tank (smaller tank, smaller problems...HOPEFULLY!)
