Me and my wife are going to be getting a canopy finally(in about a month or so id say/when taxes come in) and are i am having trouble finding where i can get one from. I thought about building one but ive been real busy at work, and working on a duplex we own also so i dont really have the time to make it and it would be better to just place it on and not worry!!
So first off where do/did you buy a canopy from? I dont care what fancy wood it is because its gonna be black in the end.
Does not have to be to tall because i have a t5 tek fixture that i am going to have to mount in their. Now its prolly 4 or 5" off the water so as long as its 8" tall at least.
Or how tall is your canopy?
Why did you choose that height?
Whats the best way to have it be able to open? ie-two doors on the front that open out like my stand doors; have the whole thing "cut and hinged" so it can flop on itself; any other options?
Anything else i should consider when buying one? Or maybe have one made-but how much more will it cost to have someone custom make me one? I know ive heard the name joes woodwork, and see it. How are his prices compared to...?
