Can't Access my ecosmart live account

One day I just wasn't able to access this anymore and have been trying for a week now. I have tried to reset my modem, router and reef link and nothing has worked so far. Anymore tips?

I would recommend connecting the ReefLink via USB only to your computer and opening the ReefLink setup application. From there, update the firmware on the ReefLink and try signing into ESL again.

It won't update. The box comes up that says there are updates available and to wait for it to finish downloading but nothing happens. No status bar appears and it sits there for probably ever. I waited 30 minutes and nothing changed on the screen or completed.

Please try again. If the update takes longer than a few minutes, simply refresh your browser and it should go through the 2nd time.

I havn't been able to get on since last night to ESL is it down? I was on and it just stopped.
