Can't get out of network.

I don't know where to begin.Is there an idiots guide to this?
I set up apex to be static in my router settings.set up port fowarding for apex on port 82.I tied 80 but thats not working either.
Cant access outside of network.I tried to follow this thread but my router is slightly different.

I have tried setting up with both the official and unofficial guides.I'm pretty certain its a Verizon issue with the dns.I'm trying to set up dynsds account but stumbling with that as well.

Start at the beginning; when you go to the ActionTec router's dyndns screen; does it show correct IP information for the router?

I know it works; I have the same router but the port forward is configured upside-down from what you expect. I have screen shots on my website of an earlier version of the router if you want to compare to your setup.
