Well I know some of you have been having trouble with this.
We did a little investigating and a) it seems the ORCA boards and forums are hosted on a UK site. Data travelling so far while usually reliable sometimes isn't as completely reliable as data travelling a shorter distance within the states.
If for some reason you can't get there just try refreshing a few seconds or minutes later.
B) Whoever set the website up only has the true www.o-r-c-a.com pointing to the right place - if you just type o-r-c-a.comWITHOUT the www in front, the site may not work at all.
We've been doing great getting more traffic over to that site but in case you're trying still but are just having problems consider these two things when troubleshooting please.
