can't post pics. help!!!!

i have been trying to post pictures in the photo gallery. it keeps telling me i have exceeded my size limit. i shot them in 1 mp. what do i need to do? anybody know?

Hi Lance-
This article explains how to resize an image- don't worry if you don't have a program because Irfanview is free and does a good job. Holler if you need clarification on anything.
