Carbon and Phosphate

I am needing to get some carbon and phosphate.

I will be using 2 little fishies containers.

Does anyone local sell the media, or do I have to go through BRS. I would rather get local, as I need some asap for the tank.

BRS has far superior products than you can buy local..too bad you jsut missed the group buy.

Petco and Petsmart have activated carbon (a bit dirty though)

Just orfer some. It woill be here by early next week (possibly Monday) if you order now before today's UPS.

the critter also has some, you will need to ask for the carbon as he gets it from his stock in the back..read bulk pack.... but usually has some type of phosphate medium on the shelf. not sure of the price.

He usually has Phosban or the Seachem stuff versus a GFO for his retail stock.

i have used fluval canister filter packs of gfo in a pinch. you have to pay a premium for it but if you need it....well.....
