carbon quetion

what is carbon for . Can i use to clear my water .

in general terms its used to remove impurities in your water. sure you could use it to clear up water

how long can i run carbon .water is clean but not clear u can see some cloudiness.

try putting the carbon in a mesh bag and you can have it there until it is not working anymore, atleast a month.

some body told me that i should not run carbon all the time is this true

I run carbon all the time. Change it every month.

I haven't been using it for the last 4 months... everything is still clear and smell free. Probably will put some back in, just out of habit in a week or two.

what difference are we talking about. will water get crystal clear plus some micro bubble not too much but i don't like it. also small particles in the water water is definitely not crystal clear.
