care for hammer coral

I am picking one up next week and would like to know any tips on its care, like what is the best to feed, placement for flow,light.

do not really need to feed but I give mine some mysis pureed to heck in the blender, medium flow and medium light.

I have never fed mine and he is under 130W PC lighting. In about three months he has already split to form two good looking heads. There is also three new heads starting to row on the sides. I don't know weather to frag them or let them grow out.
