What is the black sand that is mixed in the CaribSea sand

probably plagioclase feldspar. Says it does not effect ph, so i imagine its not calcreaous type.

It is Arag-Alive Indo-Pacific Black
I got is from a friend that took his tank down and all he could remember was it was from CaribSea so I looked on their website
