Carpenters in QT - Problems

I have a Carpenter's, Tonozu, and juvi Scopas going through QT. They've been in hypo treatment for 4+ weeks now.

The Scopas and Tonozu are acting/looking fine. Eating like pigs and getting fat.

The Carpenter's seemed to take a bad turn about 2 weeks ago. I thought he was a gonner (swimming upside down, on his nose, side, just out of control). Then he bounced back and start acting OK. Three days ago I come home to find him being pushed around in the current along the bottom of the tank. Then he went and hid. Next day, he's out acting like nothing's wrong.

He's looked a little blotchy, and isn't gaining weight. I figure a parasite, flukes, or both. So I decided to dose with prazipro. I did a 25% water change, and pulled the carbon. That was Wednesday afternoon.

He's been out swimming around, but just doesn't look right. He seems to have trouble snapping up food, too. But he is eating.

Any ideas out there? Should I just let the full treatment of prazipro run and see what he's like then? Or should I add something like Furan 2 in case of something bacterial?

No one is getting put in the 180 until this is resolved. I'm just left second guessing myself on the best course of treatment.
