That's pretty much how they look in person. Actually the purple/pink part is even a bit more intense in person. Got mine from Jeremy himself. Very nice :)

hi there!

thought i'd comment on these:
i've seen/had a dozen morphs of pink w/ yellow centers. these definitely take the cake! although, these are kinda pink/lavender with yellow/green centers

that does depend on the lighting though. in my work tank, they are more pink/yellow. in my home tank, more lavender/yellow-green. (same lights, different intensities and tank parameters of course!)

the coloring is just so intense, even under a flash shot:

and i think Mr. Ugly will get my back when i say: yup - they really are that colorful and intense! :D (feel free to disagree if ya want Mr. U! :D )

they were originally acquired from the now closed "Big Red's Pets" (a local internet outfit a while back) who got them at the wholesaler 'Pacific Aqua Farms' out of LA about 2 years ago or so. i strongly suspect that they are from Tonga, but don't know so.

at any rate, hope that information helps or at least is interesting! :D

Heh, no disagreement here. Those guys glow :)

One of those zoas whose pics always makes people think, "photoshop". But true colors, those are.

Definately a special zoa. Wouldn't keep it in my tank otherwise :)

they are nice blues. no special name. I had ones that looked just like that, but after a few weeks under my 15K lights, they morphed to have a red ring around them..

those all look very nice. whats the difference between the long fringes and the short stubby ones? could it be lighting?

tank parameters of some sort... could be lighting - but skirt lengths are typically attributed to differences in flow.

they've exhibited both characteristics in my various tanks.
