catching a mantis

Anyone know how to catch a mantis in a 55 gal tank, the thing is I have no idea where it is? Just have been hearing it the past few nights.


Any info would be great.

2-liter bottle... cut off the top, flip it over, put back inside... bait trap with some kind of food i.e. krill, silversides, squid, etc. Put it in there, check in the middle of the night if possible. HTH
