Catching those little "devils"- some advice?

I am attempting to catch some damsels that I put in the tank after the cycle but before I wanted any perculas, etc....I know, it was silly to do it, I just wanted to see some fish swimming as my tank got established...so, is there a quick and easy way to trap the little suckers?? I've got a long 55 tank, and am gonna sell them back to feeder's supply for a $1 a pop...there are two damsels in my tank, one blue and yellow tail, and one black and white strip...
