Cauliflower coral

I am about to start a 40x24x24 reef and will be both SPS and soft corals. one of the soft corals I really like is the CAULIFLOWER CORAL.

I have not had much luck in the past with this coral.

Anyone can share their experience and technique? Photos would be great too!
