CDP Tank at the Swap

SLASH Coral Donor Program (CDP) Tank

The CDP tank will be up and running at the swap this weekend. SLASH frag swaps are some of the best times to donate and receive CDP corals. Just look in the tank and pick out a coral that you want to take home.

It is also a great time for donations and the chance to receive more points or clear obiligations. Here are the rules for donating CDP

Frag Swap CDP Tank: A very simple way to donate corals to the CDP is to bring them to a SLASH Frag Swap and donate them to the CDP Tank. The swap's staff will record your donation and handle the posting of any potential transaction(s) made on your behalf. Any coral not claimed at the CDP tank by a SLASH member or reclaimed by the donor before the start of the swap's raffle will be donated to the raffle. Corals donated to the raffle will not provide the donor any CDP points. However, if the donor still needs to meet his/her 3-frag obligation for a particular CDP coral, donating frags of that coral to the raffle will count towards satisfying the obligation.

If you know you are going to donate corals then post them in this thread - you may get someone excited about picking up your donation. Or you can wait until swap day and just bring your corals by.

See the CDP forum on the SLASH site for more info about the CDP program.

See you at the swap!

Will bring two nice frags of this blue candy cane. It is an easy coral to grow out, IMO a great addition for beginners looking to get into the easier LPS corals.
THe bigger colony on the ledge is my mother colony from several months ago.

I was a lazy bum today with the cigar and cocktails. Thanks to Jason and Saltygram for manning the tank.
