I have a 48" Hamilton Tech Cebu sun. Awhile back one set of my t5s went out and I took it as bad bulbs. I replaced the bulbs but they never came on. So I took it as an outlet issue or something wrong with my reefkeeper. So this morning I check all the outlets timers etc and I'm pretty sure it may be a ballast issue. The fixture just turned a year old. I looked up the ballasts in the fixture and it looks like a beast to change out. Has anyone figured out a better way or am I overlooking a possible issue. Any help would be great. I really want my actinics back.
