Central PA: Where fill CO2 tank?

Preferably a place the will fill it up on the spot so I can keep my personal CO2 tank.

try your local beer distributor (you need co2 for kegs)

Paintball shops can do it, and I would think Praxair or airgas should be able to fill it for you.

I have always exchanged mine, but you could also try a fire extinguisher place.

Welding gas supply shops can fill them.

great ideas. i always filled mine (on one of my old tanks) at a welding supply place. i was hoping that someone would tell me specifically where they get it filled so that i don't have to go shopping around. i can be quite lazy sometimes
