He's a weird one that's for sure! Almost looks like a lemonpeel x halfblack hybrid that got the short end of the stick

Looks like a Heraldi morph or maybe Heraldi x Vroliki.

If you look in Kiyoshi Endoh's book Angelfish of the world p. 32 at the bottom of the page there are two specimens of C. heraldi that have the same coloration. Especially the anal fin pattern.
