Good luck. If you find more than one, let us know. Good place to start might be RCT; I know they do not currently breed them but he might know. Dr. H. Tanaka might also know as he has extreme expertise in the pygmy angels.
 
Johnston atoll is a wildlife refuge. It is unlikely that collection will be permitted, except for public aquaria and captive breeding efforts.
 
The Waikiki aquarium has the only one in captivity. I just saw it for the first time today. I think they got it in July.
 
Keep in mind the original C. nahackyi was collected by Tony Nahackyi off the Kona coast in Hawaii and that specimen was used to describe the species... it's still the only one found outside of Johnston, but there's hope :) Here's an image of one of the C. nahackyi from Charles Delbeek at the Waikiki Aquarium...
