Are there any cehpalopods that stay small enough for a 7 gallon tank? I am the saltwater manager for a LFS so getting anything is possible.

A 7 gallon is too small for any octopus in my opinion. A O.mercatoris might be able to survive if the tank is plumbed to a sump but I would not risk it with in tank filtration on a 7 gallon. And even if you are told you are being sold a O. mercatois, that dose not meen you will get one.
You could very well wind up with a much larger growing species that is only a few months old.

Thanx, guys. I just have it laying around so I was curious. Maybe I'll do some dwarf seahorses instead.
