That might be a valid point....if I hadn't been dealing with ya'll for the last 1.5 months trying to resolve issues. It would be really helpful if problem resolutions were posted after issues were corrected. I see many instances where folks would have the same issue, ya'll ask them to send a email to service and noone ever hears another peep as far as the resolution. Would be nice to see a Problem/Cause/Solution section here, that would probably cut down on a lot of email traffic.....just a thought.
