Ceramic shaft

The ceramic shaft in my MP10 is broken and has 'cracked' not sure why but I am unable to use it, would be great if somebody can help I really can't afford to buy a whole new wetted and if I do I most certainly won't be keeping it, as it shouldn't break this easily etc...:mad2:

We have a 1 year warranty on all EcoTech products. If your unit is within that 1 year warranty, we would be happy to get you a replacement. If you are outside of the 1 year, I would recommend purchasing a new MP10 wetframe from our online parts store found here: http://store.ecotechmarine.com/store/replacement-parts/mp10-parts

It was purchased last year in november from clearwater aquatics so it should still be under warranty?
