Cerith snail layed eggs

Will these eggs hatch? I think there is only one cerith left..we had a lot of snails die off and there was only one that survived. I just saw it lay some eggs on the glass in the back of the tank. Do they need a male to fertilise these eggs? I wouldn't mind having a free clean up crew. LOL who agrees with live aquaria? They say these snails are very difficult to breed...this is the second time the cerith layed eggs. The first time it layed eggs, I didn't know what they were and took it off the glass to have a look at them under a microscope...whoops:p

I never did anything with them they may hatch and become food for the other living things in the tank. They aren't difficult to get to breed its the rearing of the young and what not having a special tank for them and food that can be difficult that's why people just let them be and they just become free food.

although at night I've seen little snails and thought they might be little cerith babies but I'm not certain they are.
