chaeto algae anyone?

After months of struggle I finally got my tank figured out. I am pretty sure it was a faulty heater. I bought 2 new heaters and when setting up my tank for the third time only started it for a few days with the one heater and powerheads. Everything looked great. I then started the main pump and skimmer and put in the other heater as a backup.
One morning I was watching the fishes eat and saw one get paralyzed for a second and then start slamming around the tank. Never felt anything myself. I figured the heater as it is the only thing that was different that turned on and off, especially in the morning. After removing it everthing has been great.
James both the blenny and clown are happy.

Now I was wondering if anyone had any Chaeto they were trimming soon and could bring some to the next meeting as it is time to get the sump up to speed. Thanks ...Craig.

p.s. I will post some photos soon. Special Thanks to all who gave support and advice during this tough beginning of a wonderful hobby again.

I have plenty of chaetomorpha... I'll bring a bag to the next meeting for you.

And, speaking of "posting photos soon," can someone point me to the thread that explains the correct procedure for posting pics on RC (or just tell me, if it is as simple as 'drag and drop')?

Now that my tank looks a little less like a death zone, I thought I, too, would try to post a few pics of my tanks. Thanks for the help!

get a photobucket account and post the image link photobucket gives you. for the desired photo you want posted in the texted of your thread.

You can also put photo's in your image gallery at RC and insert the link to which ever photo you want. There is a size limitation when doing it that way though.

Thanks nate. I am installing a light today so I will be ready.
Clay not sure about the grape will it make it into my display tank if I am not careful. If not I might take some of that to.

On the photo thing I second to what clay and Steve said. Either use a photobucket account (which is free) or use the reefcentral galley. I have a photobucket account as I post to other forums as well..Craig.

Cool. Then if you could prune me a piece for the next meeting.

Here are a few shots from my tank.
