chaeto and algae scrubber?

anyone have a refugium with chaeto algae and a algae scrubber? im planning to have a refugium with chaeto and have a algae scrubber built in from my overflow to feed the algae scrubber, ill have dirty water going into the refugium, and have separate dirty water from the display going into the algae scrubber and then that water going into the refugium to have a good natural filtration, thoughts and ideas are welcome, thanks. if you have something like this, post pics are appreciated:love1::reading::reading::crazy1::eek1:

A strong scrubber will kill the chaeto, as if it's nuisance algae.
