Chaeto? lil sand maybe??

Hey guys and gals. Things have settled down for me and once again I am gonna sneak my way back to the saltwater fun.
I am gonna (try anyway) to keep it simple so I snagged a little JBJ AIO 28g for my office. Hard to say no since they are almost giving em away now with the stands.
I am hitchin a ride to the meeting this weekend and was wondering if anyone had any chaeto and maybe a little scoop of their sand so i could get the tank seeded and underway.
