chaeto - micro algie

Hi all,
I'm new to saltwater so I'm sorry for my ignorance. I built a 65 show and 45 sump. I have the middle section of the sump a refugium. I'm thru the cycle period and I want to grow algie in there for filtration.
1 what are your recommendations.
2 is anyone north of Pittsburgh that has some who has some?

Chaeto is macro, not micro. But aside from that:

1. High flow
2. Strong light
3. Thin layers (to avoid shading).
