Chaeto not enough light?

How do you know if Chaeto is receiving enough light?
I have it placed in a soap dish on the back wall of my tank high up to the surface, so the bulbs are a few inches in front of it, not directly above the chaeto
Its only been in a few days and seems fine so far, but how will i know if its not happy?

Chaeto is very resiliant. You should be able to observe it and evaluate its health. Color is a good indicator. It should stay dark green. Touch is a good indicator. It should be stiff but pliable. It's nickname is Brillo Pad

thanks :)
ok it still feels like brillo pad :lolspin:
Today i bought a little light, a RIO mini sun led clamp light, it has only 10 bulbs, 5 white and 5 blue, so i have that on it now about 3" above the chaeto ball.
The light is very blue, not what i pictured, is this ok to use?

I use a daylight spectrum cfl bulb from home Depot in a clamp work light and my cheato grows great (unless I ramp up my gfo then it starts to fade....)
