Chaeto with low phospate

Hello, everyone

I'd like to hear your opinion.
I have 35 nitrate and 0.00 phosphate on hanna, on recent ICP I have 0.018 phosphate. I was trying to control nutrients with carbon dosing. However, I decided to put chaeto to control nutrients. Since I'm low on nitrate I'm dosing about 0.08 ppm diluted per day of PhosPlus, from reefzlements. I still can't get readings on hanna.

Do you think that by dosing this daily amount of po4 the chaeto will be able to thrive and consume No3?

Thanks

Just adding the phosphate will cause some nitrate to be utilized by everything in the tank so it's a fine plan IMO. You may need to supplement iron for the chaeto. Easiest way is Brightwell Chaetogro and possibly iodide but other potentially undesirable algae will like it too.

Thanks.

But i allways have 0.00 po4 read on Hanna. I also have a lot of silica and I notice that since I increased the dosage of po4 I have a boom in diatoms. But I'd rather than have dinos. I don't know what else to do. I'm increasing the dose of po4 for chaeto to bring the NO3 down.
