Chaeto

Hey, i have chaeto in my sump right now, but it is starting to turn white and feels pretty soft. It kind of feeling like cooked pasted a little bit. What is going on?

It' dead or dying. Do you have enough/proper flow, light, nutrients to keep it alive?

I should have enough glow, and nutrients, the light could be the issue. It does not have direct light, the chaeto is in an ac110, it receives its light from the 150w mh i have on the tank. It seems like it should be enough light, i just worry because it is not direct.
