I've had varying sucess with them. Large adults from Vietnam don't seem to start feeding very readily. The two juveniles that I acquired five years or so ago are still doing fine - but they were purported to be tank-raised. I've never tried keeping one with a Centropyge angel - so can't comment on that. I do know I failed keeping those two fish together - it worked at first, then one got a bit larger and started trashing the other.
