Chaetomorpha "spaghetti algae"

I am looking for some Chaetomorpha algae to put in my refugium as I have read this is the best macro algae. I purchased a bag of this on ebay and got a sandwich bag of green rotten over cooked garbage. anyone know where to get it local? I live a half hour north of Tampa and have called every aquarium supply to no avail

I can get you any type of algae you want. But what are you trying to remove, there may be other options as well.

nothing in particular I read that a was a natural reef filter. keeps phosphates out of water and so forth. I have a protein skimmer but like the idea of natural.
