Chalice Peeling off of skeleton

Small frag (not sure name - green w/ pink eyes). The tissue is curling up and lifting off of the skeleton. Anyone ever seen this? Paremeters are in line and I have moved it around a bit but always had it in low flow area on bottom of tank. Seems to be getting worse. The tissue looks healthy but it is clearly lifting off of the skeleton slowly but surely. I can't find much on the web on this.

Any ideas?

maybe look through this thread... I have had some do that and once they start I have never been able to stop it...
