Two of my favorite Chalices are the Pink Tyree Watermelon, it had a green rim under blue T-5's but now is getting the usual yellow rim under my Radion. I have had it for 13 months, I wish I took a picture it was about 3/8" diameter and was injured on one side. Sorry for the quality of the pics they were all with my iphone.

This is a similar chalice in growth type and structure, the bubblegum monster. I have been so excited to see two new eyes appear in 3 weeks!

Note the two new eyes.

What type of chalices have this "mounding" type structure without spines like other chalices that I have?

Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Thanks Alavaster!

I have read that Tyree classified these chalices as Echinophillia/Oxypora. Any chalice experts out there?

One of my favorite chalices was my bright red and blue FlameThrower!
I also got a mystery frag for free from my LFS when I first set up my Tank. It was a little rainbow colored booger sized coral. When I grew it out it turned into an awesome rainbow Echinata coral! It grew so quick I even got to frag it a couple times! :spin3:
