Hi Kev, I am here, lol. Mostly just looking, drooling and letting all my sweet chalices grow bigger and bigger . Where is your Hybrid pic???? Mine is finally getting bigger and looking really nice. I do need to take some new pictures. One chalice that I am absolutely lovin lately is the Retired LE Aspera, I know, maybe not what people expected me to say but this chalice is rockin. Mine has gotten larger...3+ inches across and the growth pattern and sweet colors are so outstanding as it has gotten bigger.

I just have to say that this thread is sooooo much fun to look at. You guys all have some super nice collections. I have not had as much time lately to get fresh pictures taken but my chalices are all doing super great. I'll try to add some eye candy here soon

Here it is, it had a bit of a rough ride during shipping, it fell off the plug and was floating around the bag banging int the plug, looks like a bit of skeleton on the edge is exposed, I'll have to keep an eye on it. It figures that happened, I prolly had the wrost day of my life today at work and then this I'll give it plenty of TLC and hopefully it will pull through okay

There you are LOL! haven't seen you post in a while and was wondering where you went, good to see you back I agree the Tyree Aspera is a beautiful chalice, I got one 2 weeks ago from Vince aka Kigs and it's one of my favorites...have you gotten anything new lately?

It looks beautifu kev. it will pull through. my tyree pink looked much worse and now is doing great! I can wait to get mine!

Oh yeah and im still waiting for the hybrid/ BGM Pic!!!!

next waterchange, this weekend, I'll take a side by side pic of the BGM and Hybrid, sounds like fun to me

you have to get one, it has to be one of the top 3 nicest chalice in the hobby, hands down, it just glows the most beautiful blue/green/yellow

Alright, so I was eyeing up this chalice in my LFS for about the past 2 weeks, well today I pulled the trigger on it and brought it home. In their tank it appeared to have some blue and potential red but once I put it under the Radium 20K the blue inside the polyp shows a real sweet glowing baby blue color. As you can see it appears all blue but I have my fingers crossed that it will morph into something totally different. If you look close enough the base color appears to be an off blue, that's what I am hoping does something like turn reddish/orangish or whatever. If it stays totally blue I'll be a little dissapointed but heya, it's a roll of the dice

I think this might be a chalice or some really rare coral. I have never had anyone ID this one, or seen anyone else with it. Maybe yall can help me out. Thanks

A new chalice I am really enjoying...Bumpy eh? Sorry it is a tad bit blurry.

SPStoner's Grape Watermelon...this frag has been through the wringer in my tank, I lost it for a few weeks and when I found it, jeez, I thought it was a goner. Coming back really nicely and finally starting to grow, lol.

Your chalice does look very similar with the red striping. It's hard to tell from the photo but this one has a lot of metallic green also. I need to get a better camera. I really like echino pic number 3. I had not seen that watermelon veriation yet.

ptown, mine has a definately bluer base...aqua colored...no green. There is pink as well, or more likely a very light red. The third watermelon down is what the frag in pic 2 grew up to be. I got it from Kenny, pookstreet, last year. A sweet piece but painfully slow growing.
