Does anybody have another name for this? I remember seeing one which is almost identical to it here.

My latest addition to the frag tank:

Desert Sunset:

How do you make it eat like that? What can I feed it to have it extend it's eyes like that?

jpa14, yours is echinopora. They grow more like a cap than most other chalice. It does look like it may have similar coloration to the 'hollywood stunner' morph. There have been multiple echinopora with that coloring showing up lately. My lfs had 3-4 of them earlier in the year.

Mark, Your pictures are off the hook...is that the new camera??? Your "project" is looking good ;). I love the color definitions on all of your chalices. They all look fat and happy. The flying saucer is an amazing chalice, the sucker has come back twice for me after "incidents". Both tanks are moved into the garage and after a week a few chalices are showing signs of unhappiness :(. My Monster Mash is almost gone, it was so tiny and never seemed to grow anyways. About 8 others are receding so I gave them all a TMPCC Dip. I think it might just be the stress of the move although they all looked good the first few days after the move. Many look fine but some are hurtin :(. We'll see how it all comes out over time. The house is super quiet without the sound of the tanks running.

Kenny and Stacie, my acros are basically all gone, It was crazy how they all just STN'd over the past 6 months. I was hoping I would find a reason once I broke down the tank...nothing was amiss. The only thing I have not tried thus far is a salt change or getting my water from somewhere else. I am going to slowly change over to a different salt and see what happens...if problems continue I will try different water source other than my house water through my RO/DI. After that, if it continues in the new tank, I will be truly stumped.

Steve, really nice chalices :), especially that Prutt Cake

Kevin, those frags are looking good.
