How do we work out the pickup and pay situation if we order??? Do we pay them directly?

Let me think it over for the weekend. I had to stick a big chunk into my other car today no thanks to Valvoline. DO NOT ever use them to do any work!!!!! I had to pay someone else that I know to re-do ALL the work they did on the car and FIX the problem that they caused because of their stupidity. And they denied everything!

I completely understand Mikey. Hence I do all the work on mine if I possibly can. it pays to be a tool geek with a garage and a big chest full of tools.

IF I was a car geek I would do it myself...lol.... Unfortunately I know nothing about cars except to drive it and take it in for maintenance. I have never even changed my tires when it's flat. Always have someone else do it for me. Good thing we have AAA....lol.... I'm gonna call Valvoline headquarters first thing in the morning, I never take my car there, but my partner does and I'm not too happy about it. They've worked on that car for 3 years or so, who knows what they've been doing. I start to wonder about all those issues we've had in the past that I had to pay a fortune to fix, similar issues on several occasions. You can't really trust dealerships either, Crest Honda is horrible in maintenance service! I pay them to do something that they did not even do and I caught them on it. Plus they damaged my vehicle while it was under their care, I picked up my car with 4 large deep chips that they admit and fixed. I NEVER just pick it up and go, I do a full inspection with the advisor before leaving.

I've decided to wait on the parts. I had over $350 worth of stuffs I was gonna order, this is such a good deal with 15% off, but with that car maintenance that I had to pay out of pocket I have to wait until next time. Thanks for doing this, hopefully I can get in on the next one.
