is it normal for a host aneme to turn colors

It depends on if it is white turning to brown{good} or brown turning to white{bad}. Can you be more specific? What type of lighting, what type of anemone, how long has the tank been set up, how long have you had it, what type of lighting was it under before you got it...etc.?
