Changed out sump... corals suffered

Two weeks ago I changed out my sump and within 2 days my SPS all RTN'd, and LPS were receding. I have done 2 30g water changes so far.
Fish were not affected at all, and I have two corals (a favia and an acan) that seem to not be affected.

In the new sump, I used GE I to silicone in the baffles, and let it cure for a week.
Planning on doing another 2 30g water changes to see if that will help. Everything was looking great up till this point. Trying to determine what might have caused the problem.

I would make sure that carbon is being changed often and also add a Poly-Filter

Bummer, I suspect the silicone. That is the only variable. This happened to me in my old 150g.

I've been running carbon for the last week, and put a skimmer in too.
