Changing bioload in tank

I recently found out a fish of mine had ich. I took him out to let my tank go fishes for a few weeks/months to get rid of the ich because I plan on adding my favorite clown to the tank. Now I only have a cleaner shrimp in the tank. So going from a Large fish who ate a lot to a small shrimp, will this affect my tank? After feeding my shrimp should i squirt some more food in there for the pods/crabs/snails so my bioload doesn't just drop?

For the amount of time your tank has to go fallow, you won't loose much bacteria. I seem to remember reading somewhere they can live for up to a year with no food source.

For the microfauna, wouldn't be a bad idea to feed them once in a while. I did and saw no decrease in pods, bristle worms, snails, etc.

I took out 4 fish from a biocube for the 72 day fallow period. Dumped them all back in at the same time, 0 ammonia spike.

I wouldn't worry about the bacteria, but if you have a clean up crew, worms, pods... it would be a good idea to feed the tank a pinch of flake or pellet fish food every other day or so.
