Changing from MH to LED

Getting reday to change my 90 gallon from 250 watt MH (radium 20k bulbs) with no supplemental lighting to AI LED lights. I wanted to take a picture of my tank under the MH to see if I could track any significant change with coloration. after I get these installed I'll take some more pictures and hopefully some follow ups on growth and color.

Amy hated the photos I used so she took some more. I always like the results I get from MH just not the heat and the noise from fans, I hope I get as good results with LED.

awesome looking tank Sanford!!!!!!! and i have to say, i think Amy's a bit handier with the camera!!! ;)
can't wait to see how the tank reacts to the new lighting.....

LOVE the red bubbletips!!!!!!! do you ever have any problem with them wanting to roam?

The Bubbletip moved when I first put it into the tank (year and a half ago?) but it settled right where you see it, right behind a huge orange/green monti digi that it almost wiped out :(. since then it has split (once early on) and now just 3 days ago. So if anyone wants to come get one (trade or buy) I have 2 small ones I need to get rid of. I don't know how long it will take for the LEDs to get here but I plan on taking some more pics after I install them and once again after it has been a couple of months to see if the corals are reacting nicely

I might be interested in one of your bubbletips....can you tell me anything special they require? Any potential issues with them (don't play nice with others, etc.)?

I don't think I have anything that would interest you for a trade, but would be happy to buy one...

We put LED's over one of our coral tanks at the shop...love them. No heat, great color, especially the LED actinics...awesome! Can't wait to see your pics.
