Changing from Rural-2 to Maracyn-2

I have two disbar antheas in my QT tank. One developed a cloudy poppey. I had Fural 2 and treated the tank. the eye is clear now but still seeped to be popped. Not as much but I am not sure. it could have just looked more popped when it was cloudy. should I just sit and see? I was considering switching to maracyn 2. but I was not sure how long i should wait between the two meds. The tank has been running carbon now for two days.
