Changing the FLow.

I am changing the flow in my Mixed Reef. It's a 125 gal 48x24x24. Right now I just have 2 moded K4's.
I am trying to decided between 2 different options, but would like to know your guy's opionions. Would you go with option 1 or option 2?

Option 1.) 1 MP40

Option 2.) 2 Evo K3's & 2 Evo K4's hooked up to a Red Sea Wavemaster.

Money is a factor, so please don't respond with 2 MP40s. If I could drop the $1k right now that's what I would doing. However, this is a setup I will need to keep for at least a year or so, while I work on other parts of the setup.

2 mp40's for that tank size. My 1 mp40 doesn't seem to go much past the 3' mark and can only be actually felt up to the 2' mark. I did a test of shutting off my Tunze 6055 that is on the other end of my 6' 125g from the MP40 and then fedd in front of the MP40 to see how far the food would travel. Sadly it only went to the 3' mark and then stopped. I also did a similar test by turning off the MP40 and the Tunze then feed in front of the MP40 but turned on the Tunze 6055 on the other end of the tank and guess what. The Tunze actually pushed the Mysis all around the MP40.

MP40's can be found used for less then $300 now so you can get them for under $600 .
