I still don't see anything about frag sales on the flier unless it's in the fine print. The really really really fine print, that is.

i havent talked to brandon about this and it is the first ive heard of it, but last year there were stipulations for using the faciltiy that selling was a hush hush thing, but this year it hasnt been discussed, so that is why it doesnt mention selling, if it is very important that it say selling then we can probly change it, but we need to check to see if it affects our location

There have been people that thought that if they didn't have anything to trade they wouldn't be able to get anything, so that is the reason I think it should be added.

it would probly be ok to change it, the big issue is that that club isnt suppose to be hosting this to be a money making event, the members selling is different than a non profit organization selling something. ill get brandons opinion and see if we can change that

If they did create some commercial issues with the swap, you could offer to donate to a good charity (we chose Vandy Children's hospital for the January swap). Just an idea.

We are assigning responsibilities and tasks in the Chattanooga private forums on club zoa.

This is where everyone decided to discuss things at the meeting at Daves. If you can sign up there and make a post in our forums we will add you to the list for the private section.

We have divided the tasks by club and Randy could probably answer what items assigned to ETRC he needs assistant with.
