Hi, I was wondering which lights I should use for my new 65 gallon 36x18x25. I was looking at the eBay LEDs and they seem to have good reviews and able to grow coral. I'm not sure how many of what type I would need. I was hoping one of these would light he entire tank on 100 percent light output but I'm not sure if it can or not http://m.ebay.com/itm/165W-MarsAqua...3A141b7e6e1590a6a8cc0730c8ffd15ee4%7Ciid%3A12 it's the 165 watt mars aqua led. If that's not enough would 2 of these 120 wats work? http://m.ebay.com/itm/MR-120-LED-Aq...3D370857093101&_trksid=p2056116.c100408.m2460 ? I'm hoping 1 165 watt would be good if I hung it over the tank at around a foot and put the corals near the top but im not sure if it's able to light the tank at full blast. And the 300 watt mars led is not an option beacause it's just too expensive but if 2 120 wats could work and one 165 watt can't, that's an option.

Try a search and all of your questions will be answered. Mars Aqua 165 will suffice for a cube area roughly 24" x 24" x 24".

For what it's worth, I have 3 of the 120w Ebay lights. I haven't tried to grow coral yet as I just purchased this tank from someone (lights too). He had tons of coral and stuff growing in the 120g 6' tank. He suggested I buy one more, but we'll see. So far they've worked well and he had them for many years.
